Hey guys! It's time to weigh in for Week 12 of the FALL WEIGHT-LOSS CHALLENGE! The fall challenge runs from September 30 through December 23, so today is the LAST DAY to get your weights in.
Please post your weight as of today - Wednesday, December 23. If you weigh in later today, please wait to post. If you weigh in after today, that number is for the next (winter) challenge that I'll be starting after the holidays. Your number as of the END of today is the number you should post here.
The "LWW" number is your most recently posted number, so if you ever missed a weigh-in, that won't affect your overall percentage of weight loss - the chart just assumes you've stayed the same. :o) So please comment this post with your current weight only (which will go in the "CW" column for this week).
As you all comment, I will replace your loss percentages and re-order the chart so those who've lost the biggest percentage of weight will be at the top.
Good luck to everyone! Sorry, but due to the holiday, I won't be as quick updating the chart as usual, but rest assure I will have the results up next Wednesday. :o)
Merry Christmas!

| | Family Guy | ] | Hi guys, I've been lurking on this forum a bit too much.
I have to admit, I've relapsed again! Sad day for all!
I took a break because I moved back into my parents house (being unemployed and all) and though my parents are overweight, they weren't all that receptive to the whole "dieting fad". I was only supposed to be there for a month tops but it very slowly turned into 10 months. Skipping drama aside, I've now lived in Vancouver, WA for a month and a half and I think it's time to get back on the wagon.
We live up 3 flights of stairs, and somehow that's been a motivator for me. My legs have gotten much stronger.
Anyway, I bought Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo Cardio at a thrift store and I got through about the first half of the workout (after the warm up) before my legs refused to kick anymore. Not as easy at it looks!
But it feels good! Working out has been something that I've let fall by the wayside, but in starting it again, I have to admit I do feel better even after one workout! |

Hey guys! It's time to weigh in for Week 11 of the FALL WEIGHT-LOSS CHALLENGE! The fall challenge runs from September 30 through December 23, so it's 12 weeks long. Weigh-in entries will be posted every Wednesday.
Please post your weight as of today - Wednesday, December 16. If you weigh in later today, please wait to post. If you weigh in after today, that number is for next week's chart. Your number as of the END of today is the number you should post here. This goes for those of you who are just joining us, too! Please see the starting post for more details about the challenge. To join, please post your starting stats (current weight and challenge goal weight) in this week's post, though - not that starting post.
The "LWW" number is your most recently posted number, so if you ever miss a weigh-in, that won't affect your overall percentage of weight loss - the chart just assumes you've stayed the same. :o) So please comment this post every week with your current weight only (which will go in the "CW" column for this week). No "backtrack weigh-ins", please - you must start the challenge with your CURRENT weight, if you're just joining us. :o) You can sign up at any point during the challenge.
As you all comment, I will replace your loss percentages and re-order the chart so those who've lost the biggest percentage of weight will be at the top.
Good luck to everyone!
